i dunno if this will work, but try removing the special characters from the folder name. perhaps just cut it down to:
C:\Documents and Settings\Mine\My Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\ui\skins\nui
there is a user pref file and such in the ..\The Lord of the Rings Online\ folder right?
