Your Problem can't be solved i think because u can't know which Settings a Client has. If The Resolution Settings are the same in Fullscreen and Windowed Mode then nothing happens, but when u have an Smaller Windowed Mode then the Position u set in the File isn't the same as in Fullscreen.
