tbh I haven't checked what creep parts the newest art asset pack includes.
You shouldn't need to do any photoshopping for the files that are available in the stock creep UI. They should pretty much work on the freep side (except you might need to flip some vital frame art) as they are.
If you wanna have a total conversation then you'll need to boot up your picture editor and start painting the missing parts.
In addition to the graphic parts of the skin you will need a file that assigns those files in the skin. This file is called skindefinition.xml.
