New release of LotRO Interface Manager

I know this isn't really a skin, but it's a new release

The application now have a visual preview interface and the ability to install new interfaces.

This is going to be a very handy tool. The "install new" will correctly install an interface from any zip file whether the files are nested "ui\skin\custom_ui" or just "\custom_ui" correct?

I think the 0.2b version is up instead of the 0.3b so I didn't get the chance to check out the preview feature.

Also, you misspelled the "reload" button ("reaload).

Ok, maybe the new file isn't verfied yet, but i'll upload it again for sure.
