Has anyone seen or know of a UI that is simular to the WOW ui Victory Rush?

Basically Im looking for a bottom panely type of UI that is very contained with a little bit of artistic splash.

IE - bottom panel to keep it condensed and minimal, but with a little bit of graphic so it doesnt look like a big ugly black box.
