scaling

Hello

I am new to skin developement, and i have read everything posted before i asked.Is there any way to scale portions of the ui?I am aminly referring to hotbars,(i would like to scale them down to 65-75% of default size,but cannot find where in the codes i can resize that if at all.Any information is greatly appreciated

You can scale stuff in-game from the Main Menu > Option > UI Settings > UI Scale

lol I just randomly saw this post in the ddo forums and spent the last 15 mins looking though options trying to figure out how I missed scaling :-P

I wanted to ask the same thing - how to resize DDO UI elements. I noticed in my lotro xml file that all the art elements had size and position coordinates attached to them, whereas the DDO file has none. Does this in fact mean that we can't re-size the DDO interface?
