A "simple" UI Request/Question

I play on 1280x800 resolution, which is not too big, and all the interface modules I see take up a good slice of the screen.

Is there some way to resize these, move them around, and such without having to go into coding and stuff like that? Aka just drag them in game, or maybe some light-weight interface out there that's compatible with 1280x800 resolution?

You can use the scalers to scale your UI while you're in-game. Look them from the game menus.

You can move some of the stuff around by hitting CTRL+# (default) .. some you can only move by editing the code (the mainbar for example).

There are quite many light-UI here, you just haven't looked hard enough. Many of the UI's here have a light version plugin and some of the authors have especially concentrated on making the UI as light as possible. Light UI's are usually always compatible with all the resolutions.

Actually the default UI elements movements key sequence is CTRL + "\"

depends your client defaults check your keybindings to find out the right shortcut
