Extracting LOTRO .Dat files

IExtracting LOTRO .Dat file, is this possible?

I guess it must be possible - the question is how?

There are some ui elements and textures that we cant reskin yet, but i'd like to cut & paste parts of those textures onto things we CAN skin. Like taking their Eye of Suaron from the 5 Dread and using that as the autoattack texture etc.

Heck, if we could do this then we could retexture UI elements ahead of time so when their being skinned in-game is supported it will already be set to go. Something more to do in spare time
