U5 Art Asset help

Thanks to Narrel for posting the U5 Art assets.

Now there is a new panel but i dont find it in game, or at least i never saw it in game.

This is the Basebox_Lockbox.tga (below a .jpg so you can see it better)



Any idea ? Would it be for the new box looted which required you to buy a store key ? Or something relative to Loot for raiding ...
humm silly guess probably but if you know what is the use, please let me know.
I worked on the appearance but before to integrate it into Isil i really would like to check in game how it looks.
