In the intrest of easier editing/navigation of the API Reference on the wiki, it would be very helpful if you could add the following extensions.
1) Extension:SyntaxHighlight GeSHi
Currently, the only way syntax highlighting is shown is by a collection of templates that define color, which are generated by PHP when the original HTML files are parsed. While for display purposes it makes no difference, it does kinda discourage users from adding their own examples, as manually doing so would be tedious at best. A syntax highlighting extension would make things a lot easier.
This one really isn't incredibly important; but it would allow for the API Reference section to be browsed similarly to how it is in the released documentation, with a collapsible tree menu. This menu would be placed on the left side of the API Reference pages, to the right of the main navigation bar. Currently navigating the API is done with a breadcrumb, which is more than adequate; but it's nowhere near as quick as a tree menu.
