New VIP player/target vitals & fellowship mini panel art

I'm hoping someone will figure out the asset IDs for the new VIP player & target vitals as well as the fellowship panel graphics for players who have the VIP player frame turned on. If you do, please post them here. Thanks

I don't get it... it works then it doesn't then I change one things and bam everythings broken.

anyone have any idea what the VIP vitals are?

Anyone managed to figure this out? It's a relatively minor thing, but I am anal about this kind of stuff. I want to update my skin!

I've never figured it out nor did I receive a response. And now more things are broken since u12 and no official pack.

Yeah its extremely frustrating, level is showing on my skin now, it hasn't been there for years. Thanks for changing things that don't need changed wb and turbine.

It appears that whatever the problem was that prevented skinng of the VIP frames has been fixed with 12.2. It only took eight months
