Plugin the allwos to choose displayed buffs

FX would show the buffs/debuffs like the vitals panel unless you click on the one you want more info on then puts up a bar like buff bars has for that buff
It was posted in the f2p beta forms that is no longer up but you can find all the plugins from beta here
A fix that Digital Utopia was kind enough to put together can be found here and the thread on the lotro forums about that fix here
