wow, the 3.0/1650x1080 previews look very similar to my own cusomized bottombar (mine is by faar not as sophisticated, but the basic layout is similar)

i definitely like your unit-frame work and will give it a shot when its done

Thanks for the comments

cswilding: i will add more resolutions at 3.1 .. that means I will optimize it for 1440x too in 3.1. I just need to get 3.0 out first (thats only for 1680x). So after 3.0 is finished I start working on those resolutions. 3.2 will include panel/tab rework.

Bulletsix: I'm not sure where you saw my 3.0 because at the moment there are only pictures from 2.0 at this site ^^

That looks awsome.

Is it safe to assume that 1600x1200 will be in version 3.1?

Thanks

yeah 1600 should be included as i can go as high as 1680 with my current rig. Over 1680px width and I might be in trouble making one.

Meanwhile you can try with 1600 res as its only 80px. some little miss-placements might occur though.

Si , Ive downloaded and installed 3.0 per instructions above. It looks nothing like the pics you have posted. Im running at 1680x1050 using Vista 64. My vitals are off in the corner, my chat bar isnt in the hotbar. my quickbars are all over the place. I loaded default ui then back to daimonui . no change. restarted game and any variety of load/unload restarts. no change. When I installed to documents/lotro there was no UI>Skins folder so I had to create them. Could this be the problem?

Jerseyz28: Was the mainbar as it shoul be (ie. the moria gate) like in my picture? If it wasn't could you provide me a screenshot of your UI.

Vista uses a bit different path than XP for my documents so make sure all the files are in following path: \\My Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins\DaimonUI3\

I can't move vitals, chat windows etc. for you. You have to do it yourself in-game. Please read the notes above. See Repositing UI Elements especially. Also have a look at the picture above (http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...I/preview2.jpg)

Thank you.

Ill try 1920 though I prolly need help testing it as explained a few post earlier.
Resolutions that ill add will most likely to be:

1024x 1152x 1280x 1440x 1600x 1680x 1920x

height values doesn't matter, only width counts.

OK after a bit of tweaking I got it to look like ur pics. Amazing!!! 2 issues I still have are my exp bar is way too small. The blue exp fill goes past it to the right . Its hard to explain. Also it seems like the main Hotbars(the ones you cant move anywhere) seem to be off centered to the left.

Ok cool that you got it working

I'm not 100% sure what do you mean with the XP bar issue but the blue bar is your bonus-xp bar and it slightly increases while you're offline. Brown area is your current XP progress. XP bar in my UI cowers from side to side. It's a little thin but ..

The idea why the shortcut bar that you cannot move is in a bit "missplaces" to the left is so you can fit Chat windows to the left side and still have room for rest of the quickslot bars and for the minimap.

If you want to move it then you have to edit SkinDefination.xml file with your notepad and find the line Element ID="Toolbar_Quickslot". There you can set X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) coordinates that are within the mainbar (ie.: X=0 Y=0 would move the bar Left-Top of the mainbar).
