Didn't know that was still an issue. I just wanted to get something out that fixed the skill memory issues. I'll try to get a patch for this up quick.

Problems

Hello
First i want to thank you for the hard work you done. I really love the way i can enhance my UI with Tonic Bars.
Now to my Problems:
All Day after i log Back to the Game lot's of my Skills i did on tonic Bars are gone.
Tried different Versions of Tonic Bars, and different ways to make my Bars.
Last Problem i had was with Inventorybars.
I chose "Instruments" from Category Based, then when i change the instrument with the Bar the one i equipped is gone from Bar, clicked the next one it was gone and so on.
On an other Char i made Bars from Block and Parry, then the Followskills.
When i logged today the Followskills were gone.
That way it is with all other Chars and Bars.
Is there a solution, or is it kinda bugged? Maybe only for me, or im doing something wrong.
Next thing is:
Im Playing on a German Client. I used a Tonic Bar for Emote-Shortcuts.
So far so good, exept for our dotted U, O, A double S and so on.
No idea if u can read em here cause its a permanent Problem with all English Chats and UI Stuff.
But maybe you know a solution.
Hope my English is good enuff to make myself understandable.

Icon size

How do I increase the actual icon size on my screen?

My Captain's Marks bar say.

So far I've only managed to change the size of the background area in which the tiny icons appear, making the icons only seem even smaller.

Icon size doesn't increase if I change UI settings. (I can change in-game UI quickslot bars, docked or no.)

Is there a solution? Or something I haven't tried yet? (I'm on an iMac and native resolution is 2560x1440.)

It sounds like you want two sets and be able to turn one on and one off depending on what your doing. I dont know of anyway you can do this short of swaping two sets which is what I do.

You can cheat and have a skill in a Tonic bar and also in the InGame keys. Set the InGame key to the mapping you want then it looks like it works but your actualy doing the InGame key. You can then also hide that set of bars InGame so you only see the TonicBar one.

Thanks for the reply. But what I meant was key mappings.

While you can't create a shortcut directly TO a Tonic Bar, you can "easily" have shortcuts in any of the Quickslot or Inventory bars in Tonic Bars.

Create a bar and tag it "always" (assuming you want them always visible) and drag any shortcut from the Turbine bars to the Tonic Bars slot.
Viola... shortcuts in Tonic bars.

I've noticed that there are no options for root/daze/stun-effects to be used as triggers. Any plans on adding these?

I guess binding keyboard shortcuts to bar slots is not possible? Sorry if it has been asked before.

My problem as Minstrel is the following:

I use keybinds for the most used skills. When soloing that is mostly offensive Ballads, Anthems and Cries. When fellowing that are the group buff Ballads defensive Anthems and heals. So each time I join a fellowiship after soloing I have to switch around all the skills on my first quickslot bar, as I have assigned all my primary keybinds to that bar.

Is there any feature in Tonicbars that could help?

I agree with Alanis, Many plugins here are totally left alone, even good ones. I am happy that you keep your plugin alive, with new fonctions all the time.

RL always come first. Take the time you need. Just keep showing your still with us

TonicBars 2.5Beta_2 is a BETA afterall. But indeed, sadly, i am having problems like the others. But I am sure there is a way to speedup the fix, or while waiting for one, a small patch.
Not sure if this was mention tho, but naming our new tabs, would not desappeared if we press F12 to hide the UI. (an old bug actually)

Here is my suggestion.

You offer already (based on Classes) pre-maded slots with skills. Why not offering the same for Horses/Poneys, Houses, Teleportations in a new "tab". We simply need to unchecked them if we do not want them like we do for the skills slots.
You already offer those options in another way, which are available in the Extensions tab. but they, atm, create bugs as the extensions are not working anymore.

I am pretty sure this suggestion will be faster to code, or I do not know what Im talking about hehe.

The Version here v2.5_Beta2 Dont work so use 2.4 or go get R120 from curse Forge.

The only thing with R120 is extension Bars dont work.

Use 2.4 to make the Extension Bars you want then Install R120 over top and everything works great. You get the added plus of things like the Inventory Bars and I havnt had any problems sences.

Also Keep all bars locked. If you want to add or remove something from a bar call up the options and select that Bar. Then remove or add what you want and I havnt had anything drop off.

I didn't install turbine defaults first, since I am a noob. But after installing it, and reainstalling the plugin with all traces erased, same problems occured.

Then I went back to non-beta version, and it works as expected. Thank you.
