The plugin will have to be updated due to the API being broken in Update 34.
But meanwhile, you should be able to get it to work using this patch.
(Don't forget that you also need Turbine Utilities, if you have not already installed them.)

Since a few days ago the plugin stopped working for me. The commands do nothing. I installed reinstalled, added the utilities (thought that I had them although after reinstalling the utilities I noticed that my utilities had a size of a few kb like 1-4 only so I just reinstalled the utilities now too) and also installed the patch. But the calendar plugins does not work still. No idea why.
The Calendar showing up in the plugin compendium is this one and not the old one, right?
Just in case I installed it manually again and the commands do not work and plugin window does not show up. The calendar plugin is however showing up in the manage plugins window.

In the meantime the plugin gets updated, i have made a replacement file with the new events -
you can replace Documents/The Lord of the Rings Online/Plugins/FrostyPlugins/Calendar/GlobalEvents.lua with this file https://sharetext..me/w1i1hz9mov
Edit: you might need to remove one of the dots in the link, i had to put 't..me' because i guess they are using tight filters here and are filtering it because of telegram links and t(dot)me gets replaced by *****
